Fairul Edros

PhD Student

Fairul is a PhD student at the Asian School of Environment working on the resilience of new cities in Indonesia. Previously, he was part of Natural Capital Singapore working on the social valuation of ecosystem services by understanding the perceptions individuals and stakeholders have towards nature in Singapore. Fairul graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Geography Specialisation) where he developed a keen interest in human-nature interactions and interdisciplinary studies. Beyond his research, Fairul enjoys participating in a range of cultural activities (films anyone?), hiking in nature areas, and annoying his pet cat Marble.
